					| Braves Raise Rally Flag, Beat Washington, 6-4 |
					| The Atlanta Braves dealt the Washington Nationals a 6-4 loss at Nationals Park. Ray Llewellyn was the star on offense. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Victor Munoz was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities. The Braves sport a record of 56-102.
It could have been a different outcome for Atlanta, had it not been for Jim Zucco, the three-time Great Glove Award winner . Zucco contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put Atlanta up, 4-3.

"We're feeling good in this clubhouse right now after that one," Zucco told the Atlanta Times.
