					| 5-0 Triumph Takes Washington to 104-47 |
					| Washington beat Atlanta on the strength of starter Tim Wybenga's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-0. Wybenga, now 20-4, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 9, walking 1, and allowing no runs. Washington improves to 104-47 with the win. They lead their division by 13 games.
Washington used a well-timed hit by Seth Cook to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Nationals ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We take it day by day here," said Cook, "and today was a good one for us."
