					| Big Day by Katz Ignites Phillies Win |
					| The Philadelphia Phillies downed the Atlanta Braves, 6-2, at Turner Field. The Phillies were led by Eric Katz. He was 3 for 4 with 3 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Philadelphia pitcher Marko Emchenko got the win. He's now 10-8. Jimmy Tasso was tagged with the loss. The third-place Phillies are now 54-77, the Braves 48-84.
Early in the game, Katz had a bases-clearing double for Philadelphia. It was his 25th double of the season and put the Phillies on top, 4-1.

"Like I've always said, I'm the straw that stirs the drink," Katz said (again).
