					| C.J. Beavers was a major contributor to the 6-3 Washington win over New York. The Nationals right fielder went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Tim Wybenga got credit for the win, improving to 14-3. He allowed 3 runs on 7 hits in 7 innings. Washington leads the National League East Division by 2½ games. 
 Dan Fallon, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2038 draft, chipped in for  Washington with a 2-run  home run in the bottom of the second. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
