Behind a fine performance from Saimei Kudo, the Baltimore Orioles knocked off the Cleveland Indians, 10-2. Kudo went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Orioles. Jacob Taylor got the win, improving to 9-7. He held the Indians to 1 run on 3 hits over 5.2 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 1. The 4th-place Indians have lost 4 straight games.

The Orioles got a big at-bat from shortstop Alex Rodriguez Jr.. For the game, Rodriguez Jr. belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 20th home run of the season gave Baltimore a 4-1 lead.
