					| Rangers Nip Twins, 7-6 |
					| The 7-6 Texas win over Minnesota was due largely to Edwin Madrid. The Rangers third baseman was 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Texas reliever Brad Kramer picked up the win, raising his record to 1-3. Mario Arce was tagged with the loss. The Rangers, now 69-34, have won 4 in a row.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Madrid hit a changeup from Mario Arce for a run-scoring single. The Rangers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"You work hard, day in and day out, hoping to give the fans something to cheer about. Today was a good day," Madrid told the Texas Citizen.
