					| Orioles Suffer 5-1 Loss to New York |
					| The New York Yankees got a stellar performance from pitcher John Brice, who handcuffed the Baltimore offense en route to a win, 5-1, at Yankee Stadium. Brice went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 7. His record improves to 10-6. The win elevated the Yankees to 50-44.
In the bottom of the sixth, New York second baseman C.J. Richerson gave his team the lead. With no one out and a runner on 1st, Ferret hit his 14th home run of the year. Baltimore pitcher Sean Parks surrendered it. With that, the Yankees jumped in front, 2-1.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said New York skipper Carl Arnold.
