					| Astros Edge Past Indians, 4-3 |
					| Houston pitcher Arturo Vargas did his part in helping his team beat the Cleveland Indians, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The victory puts Houston at 28-56.
Had Danny Dyer not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Dyer hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 4-3, in favor of the Astros.

"We'll savor this win," Vargas told the Houston Citizen, "then get ready for the next game."
