					| Geisler Stars for Reds in 6-5 Win |
					| Sean Geisler made an impact in the 6-5 Cincinnati win over Kansas City. Geisler, who led the AL in triples with 12 in 2035, was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. With the victory, the Reds upped their record to 53-30.
Had Andy Arbuckle not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Arbuckle hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the Reds.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Cincinnati manager Jimmy Silveira II.
