					| Luque Slugs Orioles to 12-5 Win |
					| The Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays completed their game despite the inclement weather.
Getting a good performance from catcher Jesus Luque, the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Toronto Blue Jays, 12-5. Luque was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4 for the Orioles. Picking up the win was Bobby O'Connell. He went 5 innings, allowing no runs on 2 hits. The right--hander struck out 1 and walked 2.

The Orioles got an important contribution from left fielder Marc Peckermark, who in the bottom of the second hit a first pitch curveball into right for a 2-run double. It was his 15th double of the season and put the Orioles ahead, 4-0.

"We're in a funk and we need to shake ourselves out of it," said Toronto manager Nersha Bainco.

Toronto now has a 6-game losing streak.
