					| The Boston (APP) Red Sox bested the Princeton Rays, 6-3, at Red Sox Complex. Dan Briggs was named player of the game. He went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The win was Willie Sanchez's in relief. His record improves to 2-47. Korey Warner took the loss for Princeton. Miguel Belmonte got the save, his 1st in 3 chances.
Boston (APP) grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the seventh, when Briggs hit a run-scoring double. His 24th double of the season put the Red Sox out in front, 4-3.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Briggs told a Boston (APP) Gazette reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
