					| White Sox Drop Twins, 6-3 |
					| Chicago White Sox starter Ricky Salas was in fine form against the Minnesota Twins at Target Field, leading his team to a win, 6-3. In 7.1 innings, Salas surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Minnesota now has a 5-game losing streak.
Chicago used a well-timed hit by Antonio Figueroa to capture the win. The second baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the White Sox ahead, 4-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Salas.
