					| Brewers Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Cubs, 3-1 |
					| The Brewers grabbed a win, 3-1, at Wrigley Field, overcoming a fine effort from Chicago pitcher Unkei Wakamatsu. Wakamatsu went 7.1 innings and allowed 1 run. Milwaukee, with the win, sits at 19-38.
Milwaukee used the timely hitting of Jason Woods to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Brewers on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Milwaukee skipper Erik Evanson.
