					| Angels Edge Past Astros, 5-4 |
					| Angels right fielder Micah Miller put his stamp on his team's 5-4 win over the Houston Astros. Miller went 2-5 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for California in the contest. Austin Maki earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.1 innings. His record is now 3-3. Ryan Terlizzi converted his 6th save in 7 tries.
It could have been a different outcome for California, had it not been for Nick Dunn, the former first round draft pick . Dunn contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the eighth inning to put California up, 5-4.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Miller told the California Daily. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."

The Angels sport a record of 19-39.
