					| The home crowd had a good time watching the New York Mets and St. Louis Cardinals get after it. 
 St. Louis Cardinals starter Michael Colin was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the New York Mets, 4-0. The winning pitcher was Colin, now 2-0. He tossed 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 6.
 
 The Cardinals got a big hit from third baseman Dustin Clark. In the bottom of the fifth, Clark pounded a solo  home run to left-center. His 2nd home run of the season put the Cardinals ahead, 2-0.
 
 Clark told a St. Louis Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
 
 St. Louis has run its win streak to 6 in a row.
