					| Yankees Solve Indians, 6-4 |
					| C.J. Richerson impressed in the 6-4 New York win over Cleveland. Richerson, who finished 3rd in the AL in wins above replacement with 7.8 in 2042, went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks. The winner in relief was Martin Goyer. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. He now owns a record of 1-1. Robert Cruz was credited with the save for New York, his 11th of the season.
In the bottom of the sixth, New York catcher Geni Prawiranega put his team on top. With no one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit his 3rd home run of the year. Cleveland pitcher Devon Blakeney served it up. Just like that, the Yankees were ahead, 6-4.

"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Prawiranega. "Just do my job."

The Indians, now 13-24, have lost 4 in a row.
