					| Cardinals Nip White Sox, 6-5 |
					| The St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox obliged fans looking for a good time.
Cardinals third baseman Antoine Roux put his stamp on his team's 6-5 win over the Chicago White Sox. Roux was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for St. Louis in the contest. The winner in relief was Michael Colin. He is now 1-0. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. The save went to Guadalupe Vasguez, number 2 for him.

Francisco Hernandez drew 2 walk for St. Louis. The 29-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring walk off Adam Ratcliff. It was his 13th walk of the season.

"That's a solid team effort right there," said Roux. "Everyone's feeling positive after that win."

The Cardinals go to 13-24 with the win.
